For a Girl we like Claire, but we like the middle names of Eden, Rose, Fay, and Hazel
For a Boy we like Samuel, Thomas, and Grant we like Kent for the middle name, except for Grant. Kent is my deceased brother and I would like to honor him if possible.
Can you help me on the girl's middle names, and help me narrow down the boys names???
By the way, we have a VERY italian last name. My first two children are Nina Marie and Anthony Michael.

Claire Eden is very pretty. I like that or Hazel because I think having a one syllable first name flows best with a 2 syllable middle name.
For the boys.. I really like Samuel and Thomas Kent. I think you should pick one that goes well with Kent. That would be an honor for you little boy.
Congrats on your blue or pink bundle!

Those are great names!
I'm honestly not a huge fan of Claire, but I do think that Claire Eden is best of these choices. I don't like the "R" sounds back to back in Claire Rose. Claire Fay sounds too choppy to me. Claire Hazel is my second favorite.
Of the boy names, Thomas Kent is my favorite. If you really like the name Grant, Grant Kenneth might make a good choice. Kenneth sounds similar to Kent, and if you're absolutely in love with the name Grant. I don't care much for the sound of Samuel Kent.
I also think that Nina, Anthony, and Thomas sounds like a great sib set. So does Nina, Anthony, and Claire.
Your list is very good. What a hard set to narrow down. Good luck!

I'd say Claire Eden is the nicest combination you've listed. Claire Rose and Claire Fay are both rather abrupt - two single-syllable names often don't pair well together. Hazel is a great name, but between Claire Eden and Claire Hazel, I think the first has a better rhythm.
I'd use Thomas. First, Thomas Kent is a great combination. Second, your kids have very traditional names. Thomas and Anthony sound like brothers, more than Anthony and Samuel (though that would be my second choice) or Anthony and Grant.

If you're using Claire, a two/three syllable middle name would sound best=)
So
Claire Eden
or
Claire Hazel
(even though i still don't think those flow nicely)
I like
Claire Madison
Claire McKenzie
Claire Elise
Claire Sophia
For a boy, I personally like Samuel Kent=)
Sam is such a cute name for a little boy, and Samuel is a nice, strong name for when he's grown=)

As great as Thomas is, don't forget this may mean people will call your boys Tony & Tommy. Too close maybe? I quite like Samuel Kent, Claire Eden sounds lovely. Best Wishes!

Claire Rose sounds like one word when you say it; Claire Fay and Clair Hazel sound too disparate. Claire Eden actually sounds nice and feminine without being too outrageous- I'd go with that.
Samuel Kent sounds good to me. Thomas Kent goes well as well, but I prefer Samuel Kent.
It seems very thoughtful of you to honor your brother in this way. May the child grow to have none of his faults and all of his virtues.
