and here I thought you thought my cans were in some closet somewhere
I dont have trash day anymore
the service is just too deplorable
I have joined my neighbors in taking my own trash to the dump or recycle centers myself
it takes the time to do another chore but gets rid of a lot of silly tyranny of those who have the contract in our area to collect trash

No it's not, trash day is Thursday so we put them out Wednesday!!

no. i live in an apartment building. i don't ever put cans out; i just toss it into the dumpster!
I don't miss that but *sighs* i do miss the recycling.
my building doesn't have that service OR a place to put the recycling outside; and i recycle! So needless to say..... i've got to haul it myself to some place that does, with help sometimes! (or stick it with someone elses on recycling day! *yikes* how tacky!)
