Some people are just not very sexual. Guys too, not just women.
I would like it 5x a day, and I know some people who don't even care about doin' the deed.

The same reason all people may not want sex all the time. We all have a different level of sex drive. Sometimes it might be birth control pills, other medicines, stress, or it might just be the way that person is wired. The key is for the two partners in a relationship to find a balance that satisfies both people.

Absolutely. I am a perfect example. Birth control pills lower your sex drive and decrease vaginal secretions. So do antihistamines. I was so happy when we were trying to conceive our daughter and I was pregnant because I felt in control again. Now I am back on the pill and I really notice a difference. It is caused by the hormones in the pill. The world-wide average for sex for couples is twice a week just so you know ;o)

Yes, estrogin can cause a reduction in sex drive. They tried giving large does of hormones to men to try to create a male contraceptive. Large doses did stop sperm production, but the men stopped being interested in sex.
Every women is different and doctors really do not understand hormone production and all it's effects. Chances are you are taking an 'average' does of the pill and it may be too much for you. Go back to the doctor. He can reduce the concentration of the pill and perhaps do a blood test to measure your hormone level.

Some people don't have as high a sex drive as others - men and women.
Birth control can have lowered libido as a side effect (somewhat paradoxically) but it doesn't happen to all women.
Some women might not enjoy sex as much for a variety of reasons, or they just might not get the urge because of their hormonal status or something, or social or physical factors may be preventing them from having sex/wanting to have sex.
