okay, so i got these black denim skinny jeans they look like this:

thing is, i dont know what color top to wear with them..
any ideass?

black goes with anything. you can mix and match whatever you want. futhermore, since they're skinny, it widens the options even futher, because now you can put on a baggy jacket and still look fabulous due to the contrast in dimensions.

what kind of look are you going for? casual looks like a babydoll top, spaghettis, tanks, racers, all would be great. if it's in a bright colour, you'll be eye-catching for sure.

if it's a night-life look you want, sequinned red halters would be fabulous with some silver pumps.

so basically, these are some suggestions. ofcourse, there are tons more ideas in which to wear your skinny jeans, so have fun experimenting, the possibilities are almost endless.

Try a green lacoste polo ( or any other store, i just like theyre fit on me) and adding a belt throght the loops of the jeans since polos are usually high cut and jeans are low, theyll meet nicely. Check out lucky brands website for some cute ideas. Pretty much nething.....

The polo should be a reallly bright vivid color btw. Well, thats the look I like anyway.

Any color top would go with that.
If you want to go casual looking, wear white or a light color with that.
For a high fashion, night look, I recommend a black strappy halter.
Since the jeans are black, any color top would go with them. Pink, green, orange, even yellow would go with them.

Almost any colour goes with black. Mind you, I ain't fond of brown. My personal preference is for a colourful top and, if you have skinny jeans, then a top with horizontal pattern as opposed to vertical.
