Any suggestions on how to make a vehicle that uses Newton's Third Law?

please could you make it simple, and that is do able in 1 hr or less that doesn't need like complex materials.

Make a light cart or small boat that can contain a balloon with its neck facing the rear, inflate the balloon, hold the neck, insert in vehicle and release the neck. Action<--->Reaction.

Or just let the balloon fly around.

Rocket car.

Either a real rocket, or used a CO2 cartridge if it's a model.
