yes, but its just my mum...
but there was once in office where one of my male collegue who forgot to lock the restroom's door, 'shocked' one of my lady client...
My client first asked me where's the restroom & I politely directed her...She coolly walked to the restroom & after bout a minute she came back catching her breath while mumbling...OH my God oh my God!!
With her face all red she said that she never thought something like this will happen to her & that too in my office...
after she left (still in shock)....all of us burst out laughing...we were laughing our a## off when our big boss came in & asked what's the commotion bout...we told him & guessed what he said?
"Now all of you put yourself in the lady's position...WHERE would you first look??" & few seconds of imagination later...
the laughter continued!!
Poor fellow, my collegue....what a way to learn not to forget to lock the door all the time...no matter how 'urgent' it is!!

I've accidentally walked in the mens bathroom several times at Wal Mart when men were using the urinals. It's so embarrassing!

Yeah, I saw a guy take a wiz in an aeroplane bathroom. He hadn't bothered to lock the door, so it said unoccupied.

Yes, the door was both cracked and unlocked but I felt so bad for the rest of the day.
