Like on the right or left side because then they can have access to your tounge more when you guys are making out, If you make out. Also, it looks better, if it's in the middle, it will get annoying. HOpe this helps:P

If it fits the rest of her personal style it looks okay. I think to one side or the other is better, just a preference on my part.
I've never kissed a woman with a lip ring, so I have no idea if it would be a distraction there.

I like body modification.
I had "snakebites" at one stage and I took them out as it did restrict me on certain things. Like going for a job, was the hardest.
Some people allow it and some don't.
Don't listen to other peoples opinions, go with what feels right. And make sure that you are aware of the pros and cons.

Piercings and tattoos anywhere are great turn-offs for me. I would be polite at an introduction but there would never be an invitation for a date from me and if the invite came from the mutilator, I would find an excuse to be busy that night.

personally i find it disgusting. I mean you go in for the kiss then all of a sudden *poke* there is a lump on her lip. And how do you drink without the fluid flowing out the hole or something. but if you must, let is always the best solution.

i think the middle is a little guyish.. not very sexy on girls, but sides are awesome. Then again, i'm not a guy.
