No, perserve is not a word as such. Possibly you mean 'per serve' which is written as two seperate words or persevere or even preserve which have entirely different meanings.

It is, but it's spelt persevere. It means to maintain, keep going, or stick with it. "When you're having a difficult day, just persevere!"

"Preserve" is, so is "perservere," but I don't think that that spelling is an actual word.
Give it a few years, though. I heard that you can find "ain't" in some dictionaries now...
