Marie Alessandra is beautiful especially with the 2 syllable first name the longer middle name sounds nice together

Marie Alessandra or Marie Gianna, because the 2 syllable/3-4 syllable combinations make for a better flow to the name.
I still do think that Marie would make a better middle name but if it you love it then go with it! I'm assuming your Italian or something similar so I could understand the name combinations.

I rather like Marie Alessandra - it rolls off the tongue well and is very pretty. I think the other middle names you have chosen might sound better if the first name was Maria.
