How oil in water can be clean out with hair. Try it. If you put some hair in a panty house it can clean out the oil of the water. If you have time to do a good science project this is it. Contact the companies that clean the ocean when a disaster with petrolium happens! Good Luck

A model of the solar system, just like all the planets up in a line.
Take a portable flourecent light and put in in a big box, about 2 feet by 4 feet. Cover the top with black and spoke some holes for the stars. Make several half thing styrfoam half spheres and color them with paint to look like the planets. With the thing ball and the bright light, it should look pretty cool for a map of the solar system.

How about a project with acids and alkaloids? For example, an antacid vs. something acidic?

Does watering bean plants with different vitamins affect their rate of growth?
Get some lima beans, start them in paper towels, plant the germinated seeds in cups. Water each with a different vitamin that you ground up into the water and make a table of how much each plant has grown every day.
