You should try and figure out what the reason is. Talk to the person. Maybe on MSN or even up front. Talking to the person upfront is much better than talking to them on phone or instant messaging because the both of you get to understand each others feelings. If the person doesn't want to talk to you AT ALL, don't go following them around, begging them to be your friend. Just give the person some times. Say hi and bye once a while. The person will come to you in time. If they don't, and even after you try, forget it. Seems like their pride is much more important than their friendship.

Be kind and try to talk things out with him or her. Give the person a call. If he doesn't respond and just doesn't want to talk, it would be best to leave him alone and give him some time. That person might be going through a difficult time in life and needs some time, and if that's the case, he will come to you for help after awhile. Just be patient and try to be understanding...you can never tell what another person is going through.

Something like that happened to me once in high school. This guy used to be my friend, then he started acting antagonistic towards me. However, at the start of the next year in the fall, he was cool again as if nothing had ever happened. Guess I don't have much advice to offer, except maybe wait it out. If that doesn't help, try talking to your other friends about it, or to his friends.

I talk to them EVEN if they ignore me. I know that they're listening. Or I ask someone to talk to the person who is good friends with the person and is really good friends with me. I would also wait for them to brighten up a bit and come to me. They probably were having a bad day or something.

Obviously they have no intention of wanting to get back the friendship, and you shouldn't even want it if they did. Stop trying so hard if you haven't done anything to warrant this behavior, and move on to find better friends in life, because this one is no friend, you should want.

If they will not accept "I don't know what's wrong between us, if I've done something to hurt or irritate you, I didn't do it on purpose and I apologize. Can we talk?" You have extended your hand to repair whatever is wrong, if they can't make the same action, move on. You can't repair something if the other person won't work with you.

Sorry. This is all too common.

Wait it out. It might be a hormonal issue that has nothing to do with you. If your friend is really worthy of you, he or she will be back to his or her old self and will apologize for being temporarily psycho. If it really is nothing, just prepare yourself to be forgiving when that time comes so that your friendship can move past this.

Maybe she always takes the details on sth into account. You can first remind of all the details you did recently. I saw the similar situation on agelessonly.com a few days ago, you may go there to know more...

give them time and if they come around maybe you can get to the bottom of it all - if not it wasn't worth it in the first place -

however, i have found when things like that happen, i've hurt someones feelings pretty badly without knowing it.
