Excluding Pac, Nas, Biggie, And Jayz. There are some more who are that good, but I dont want to make a long exclude list.
My favorites are Guru and Buckshot.

I'm still young, but my favorite rappers were Pete Rock & CL Smooth and Rappin 4' Tay. Just listening to T.R.O.Y. or I'll Be Around, makes me remember the early 90's.

Common.. WuTang Clan.. Bloods n Crips (that's a group of rappers, by the way.), Gagong Rapper, Mike Kosa, Kawayan.. the last three are filipino rappers. they're pretty good, i guess. wee.

My personal favorite is early Pastor Troy he has been kinda different more recently Hmm. . . and no he is not my G.O.A.T but he says some real sh*t that I have been able to relate to on more than one occasion.
