I absolutely 100% do not care about the Yankees, but has anyone heard anything about Roger Clemens pitching next year? I know the guy probably won't announce anything until after the start of next season. Even though I don't care for the Yankees or the Redsox, I have a lot of respect for Clemens and his love for the game. I think when you play until you 45 even though your numbers have declined significantly, it shows you've given all you can give to the game.

Maybe.

Someone's gonna have to "show him the money" though.

If the Yankees make a huge run and make the playoffs on the tip of the twelve months and make it to the ALCS or worldwide sequence, then Roger Clemens will no remember what retire. he's getting too old and the clarification why he got here to manhattan grew to become into to make the playoffs. If the Yankees omit the playoffs, there's somewhat possibility that he comes back. His groin and back shop bothering him and he won't be able to pitch 7 or 8 innings any further. So unquestionably, there is fairly little possibility he comes back next twelve months...to any group. yet whilst Roger Clemens does come again, he would be a Yankee.

I kinda doubt it. He diddled around this season until the Yankees gave him the moon and the stars, then responded with a very lackluster season. Teams aren't going to bow down to his outlandish demands anymore now that he has shown he has nothing left.

You never know with Roger, but I think he finally broke down at the end of the season. You'd have to say he's done.

But ... he leaves as at least the greatest pitcher of our time. And maybe all things considered, the best ever.

Clemens needs to go away before he does any more damage to his legacy. He needs to stay retired this time.

Wouldn't be a bit surprised.
