When I am on the phone with someone and someone else tries to call in they will hear a little beep after the brrring. So it goes brrrrrrring beep? What is this and any way to get rid of it?

It's like that on all cell phone providers. Its so you know that they are on the other line. Kind of takes the fun out of telling people you never heard it ring. lol

i don't think you can get rid of that unless you have one of the mp3 phone where people call you instead of hearing a ringing, they hear music instead so it won't beep.

It's just how some switches are designed. As for the ringback/mp3 idea, I have heard a short ring before the music starts so you can tell then too.
