f(101) means substitute 101 for every x:
f (x) = 3 sqrt (8x+9)
f (101) = 3 sqrt (8(101) + 9)
f (101) = 3 sqrt (808 + 9)
f (101) = 3 sqrt (817)
f (101) ≈ 3*28.58321
f (101) ≈ 85.74964
