Someone has to say it first. Don't regret that it was you. The first "I love you" is always exciting. Besides, this is 2007, not 1957. It's OK for a girl to say it first. Be excited. Enjoy your love. BTW, I said it to my wife first, but she proposed first.

I felt the same way. I told my boyfriend I loved him after 2 months *although ive known him for 4 years* I regreted it because I didnt want to hurt him in the end I didn't want to hurt him. And now him and I are engaged!
But you really need to answer your own question. It took me awhile to truly realize it and I felt so stupid afterwards because I realized I loved him since the first time i saw him. And our love grows each day we are together.
So even if you don't love him if you stay together you will in time love him.

awww.
well did u really mean it?
i think that you werent ready, saying i love you and actually really meaning it takes balls and its not easy. when you say and i love you and mean it there shouldnt be any regrets, i think that you werent ready but feel that if he says it to you then its a completley different story.

i dont know.
its a little confusing.
the important part is that he said i love you back or that would have caused some humiliation damagesss.
goodd luck with the boyfriend.

No, don't get hung up playing those games. You say it when you mean it. If you get into those games you'll only hurt your relationship because neither of you will ever end up saying whay you feel. Be honest with each other, keep it real, keep it open. You'll do so much better together.
Good Luck.
