Everyday there are things that we must have been missing from our memories eventhough it was the most important thing in our life which we need to remember. Such all the things we study and need to recall back during examination.

How do we recall the things in our mind which we have forget about it in a second?

Do you agree that if I say the things in our mind which we forget actually are the things that still exist in our mind but its been hide in a very deep thought and to get it back, it must have to be dig up really deep until we reach the place in our mind that we keep the memories below?

I agree that the things are still there. They go into our subconsious. If you forget something very quickly, chances are, you didn't want to think of it in the first place and your mind is trying to protect you. LOL I dunno if this is a technical answer. More or less, my opinion.

I think they say you never forget anything, you just have a problem recalling the information.
Like you forget your keys but then suddenly remember where they are, you had the information all the time
