Check and see if there are any R&D (research and development) done on either product. I am sure K&N has done theirs, not sure about the other. K&N has their gains mainly from making the filter less restrictive, which can be good but not in dusty/dirty climates. It allows more through, so you should personally do research on both products.

It is for a pickup, not a 240...although the nissan truck and a few other cars had the KA24DE motor.

It has been shown for minor gains in upper RPM for a CAI... When combined with exhaust, headers, CAI, and various other mods that may or may not be available, it adds considerably.

K & N is makes cold air intake kits to maximize the performance of racing cars. K & N's cold air intake kits not only maximize the performance of racing cars but they also maximize performance of street cars and trucks. I highly recommend this product.

Both are really the same in my opinion and both really dont do anything but make the car louder. I have been a certified technician for over 37 years and I wouldn't waste my money on either one of them, I would just keep it stock since you wont notice anything different than the stock one.
