You probably won't find one in the standard books about the history of political cartoons. They always seem to start with the mid-19th century for some reason (Civil War.... or Thomas Nast stuff).

BUT there's a new Burr biography out that I know has at least one or two period political cartoons related to Burr -- I recall one opposite the beginning of a chapter-- besides being quite a good read. (And it's MUCH fairer to what we know about Burr than the typical caricatures based on accusations by his political opponents.)

The book is *Fallen Founder: the Life of Aaron Burr" by Nancy Isenberg. It came out this past spring so many public libraries now have a copy.

If you have trouble getting hold of that book, there are some other recent books in which Burr is a major figure which MAY have some such illustration (though I don't recall seeing any political cartoons in them). The first couple that come to mind (the first is widely available) are:

Joseph Wheelan, *Jefferson's Vendetta: The Pursuit of Aaron Bur and the Judiciary*

Roger Kennedy, *Burr, Hamilton, and Jefferson : a study in character*

(For more, do a Subject search on "Aaron Burr" in your local library.)
