Here's a completely different answer for you. This is one most people on here wouldn't expect. I haven't worn panties for years. This is regardless of what I wear to work and anywhere else. Yes, I do have a valid reason. Not a single one is a sexual one, believe it or not. When I gave birth to my son, I had to have a cesarean. Because of that, I developed a mother's apron, where the skin on my stomach fold over onto itself. Because of this, I can't wear underwear. The elastic falls on my cesarean scar and my mother's apron pushes it into my stomach. This is uncomfortable to downright painful. So, no I don't wear panties, and unless I can somehow come up with the money for a tummy tuck, I don't see myself wearing any for the foreseeable future.
