sometimes i feel childish for asking for things with no onion, or not eating at restaurants because they refuse to let me have it my way, but try as I might i just cannot STAND onions.
I use them in soups, stews and chilis...but crunching into an onion, makes my gag reflex kick in...
does anyone else feel this way?

yes, thats exactly how I feel. I threw up in a Sonic parking lot, because I accidentally ate a piece of onion.

I like onions. I use it a lot in all my cookings. I just don't like the taste they leave in my mouth when I eat them raw though. Grilled onions on a burger is awsome!

I am not an onion hater - but I do have an older brother who could probably sympathize with you - he has never liked them. I actually quite like them - as long as I don't have to cut them raw!

ummm YA. I hate those things, I hate having to special order by burgers then have them still put the onions on them. What's up with that?

Nope. I love onions any way I can get them. I even make onion sandwiches from time to time.

NO! I'm an onion lover;-} raw or cooked.
I add them to virtually everything I cook:
Green, Red, Sweet, or Yellow.
