America will not invade another country

IF someone needs to be invaded, it's the UN's job now, we've done our share honestly.

first send all the representatives kids; then ask again later, please

ps: dude, the usa does not have to invade another country to require a draft--there are other countries that have not been invovled in this long term war, yet. do not be mislead in that the usa has entire control over world affairs. the usa has control over usa affairs only--that is not power, it is arrogance to believe the usa controls all of this.

response: And the USA has to create some kind of peace out of the situation, soon. Finally some news about Diplomats

That the US will invade another country is probably inevitable, I think, especially given a) what this country is now "committed" to and, b) who makes up this country and the way they think (or perhaps better said, don't think.) There may even be another draft, but I promise you this now: I will fight against another war with all that I am and all that I have (which ain't much materially anyway...). I will work tirelessly to help those who do not want to be pawns in the corporate world take over to get themselves and their children out of this "country" absolutely as fast as possible, for I will then know that life here in this place I used to know as my free home will no longer be possible, nor sustainable perhaps ever again. And I will go to jail as a political dissenter, if I have to for the rest of my life, because I will know then that my government and my home have been taken over by an unforgiveable and irredeemable evil and I will know that I cannot live here anymore and neither can my children.

In an election year? Arguing for a draft is the best way for a politician to become unemployed. It is very unlikely to ever be reinstated in the US unless there's some huge national emergency.

There should never be a draft. It nearly tore the country apart during the Viet Nam era. If there aren't enough people volunteering to fight, we'll have to sit the next war out.

There should be a draft and military service at all times. We need to some how purge out the wimpiness instilled in our young by the public school system.
