the answer is 2 square roots of 3
4 * 3 = 12
since 4 is a perfect square take the square root of that which leaves 2roots3

factor out the 4 and its 2 square root of 3

sqrt of 12=sqrt of 4 * sqrt of 3
sqrt of 4 =2 so it is 2 (sqrt of 3)

sqrt(12)=sqrt(4*3)=sqrt(4)*sqrt(3)=2sqrt(3)
