Then, order from any company that sells 2.5 inch hard drives of the same type and interface (IDE or SATA).

I would buy the new hard drive from TigerDirect.com. They have great prices and ship their products very fast. Click this link http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?Recs=30&Nav=|c:1277|&Sort=4 and you will see a page full of laptop hard drives which you can buy for your Alienware laptop. I have organized then from lowest to highest price and would NOT recommend the top 3 hard drives as they only have 2MB of cache rather than the others which have 8MB or more. Also note that there is a 2nd page of laptop hard drive that you can browse to. Hope that helps! :)
