Include Google AdSense in any type of site you are gonna make. You can get money with each time user clicks on the advertisement.
PS: Do not do this if you are planning not to have advertisements messing up your site.

2) Then you need to build the site http://www.officialsitebuilder.com/
Free, stable, no ads; you can't go wrong.
3) You need the traffic: http://adwords.google.com/select/Login

think of your hobbies and what you're interested in and make it about that. you can do a sports fan site where you blog about your favorite team, a tips site about something you're good at, etc
