I have alot of trouble studying...focusing...keeping my mind on one thing or one spot. I always have 101 things on my mind, and other worries. Then when I decide to settle down and study I get REALLY tired and sleepy. I have plenty of fluids, fresh air & healthy food...but I hardly get out and exercise.Is this the problem? What is wrong? Does anybody have any techniques to help the mind concentrate, focus and fuction properly?

Try the exercises part. Do something like yoga, or tennis. You can also play some classical music when it's time to study.

you hit the nail on the head there. start walking or riding bike every day and you will come around. You are too sedentary.
