I have alot of trouble studying...focusing...keeping my mind on one thing or one spot. I always have 101 things on my mind, and other worries. Then when I decide to settle down and study I get REALLY tired and sleepy. I have plenty of fluids, fresh air & healthy food...but I hardly get out and exercise.Is this the problem? What is wrong? Does anybody have any techniques to help the mind concentrate, focus and fuction properly?
