How to change muffler?

Question

I currently have a 07 Kawasaki Ninja 250r with stock exhaust pipes. I want to change the exhaust to the two bros. So what do i do, its a slip on so do i take the old one off or do i have to cut it off

If it can slip off that would be great but with all the expansion from the heat every time it was running, you will have no choice but to cut it off...You might try spraying it first with WD40 or some pentrating oil and letting it soak in..It might make your job a bit easier
