I have a question about pregnancy. I wondering how many weeks i would be. The last day off my period was 4th of October I took a pregnancy test on the 17th it was negative. Then I took one on this passed Wednesday and it was positive. How far along do u think i might be?

I can't answer because due date and fetal age is measured by the start of the last menstrual period.

Your obgyn will count from the first day of your last period unless you know the exact day you may have gotten pregnant or had sex. I would take a third test because the two do not coincide and see an obgyn doctor as soon as you can. If you do not have insurance, your state will have state funded medical you can apply for if you are pregnant. Visiting a "too-too" doctor for the first time can be scary, so I have included the first 2 links to explain that. Congratulations. You are probably 3 weeks pregnant. You start counting on the FIRST DAY of your menstruation. Not on the last day. Good luck!
