Need help with this word problem:
Shiny lawn spheres placed on pedstals are convex mirrors. One such sphere has a diameter of 40 cm. A 12-cm robin sits in a tree 1.5 m from the sphere. Where is the image of the robin and how long is the image?

So far, I figured distance of object is 150cm, and height of object is 12cm, but I need more than that for the equations!!!

You also need the focal length f = r/2.
Then 1/f = 1/do + 1/di, do and di being distances of object and image resp. from the front surface of the mirror. (See the ref.) The image of course is virtual and behind the front of the mirror. The magnification ratio = di/do.

In a perfect mirroring floor, the perspective of prevalence is the perspective of mirrored image. whilst the sunshine touches the mirror, it is contemplated and could be focussed in a factor. gentle does bypass 'promptly', regardless of if it is contemplated or broken. gentle will by no ability* curve, however the line it describes could be diagonal (merely turn your e book properly, and it would be promptly, no longer diagonal) * no longer unquestionably by no ability, yet in ordinary physics, it truly is by no ability.
