For me it would have to be:

Anthony Green(formerly of Saosin, currently Circa Survive)
Sonny Moore(formerly of From First to Last)
Adam Lazzara(Taking Back Sunday)
Ronnie Radke(Escape the Fate)
Craig Mabbitt(Blessthefall)

What are yours?

Sarah C - That vocal style is the kind I love, and the style of most of the guys I listed above.

Tara H - I still love you. Despite you being overly dramatic and immature.

Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth

He starts out with such a lush beautiful voice, then he starts growling death metal style, it amazes me.

Paul Rodgers of Bad Company

Thom Yorke of Radiohead (he just has the ability to change his voice so much)

*edit
Yes, I love flexibility of vocal range and not only can he sing soft songs but he can growl like he means it!!!!!

Sonny moore does have an awesome voice, it's probably a good thing he's no longer wrecking in from first to last.
I think patrick stump (fall out boy) has a great voice, despite some sub-par lyrics.
joe strummer (the clash) had a really neat voice, almost something un-musical that made it really unique.
robert smith (the cure) has a wonderful voice. I don't think the cure have ever done a bad song.

I have to agree with punkrockmachine on matt pryor of get up kids, maybe not the bet singer, but such a great voice.
also Ari Katz (Lifetime) for such wonderfully hard to understand vocals.

I'm pretty much with Lex , Barry , and Kronsteen, but i'll add a guy named Tony Harnell from the norwegian band TNT (no , not black metal). This guy actually made the hairs on my arm stand up! I'm talking real melodic powerful singing here, not novelty crap. Oh -and Jim Gillette , a dude that can break glass (physically) with just his voice - just like Ella Fitzgerald!
