No. The sugar pills are just that, doesn't even matter if you take them. During this week you're expecting your period and you can't get pregnant because the pill prevents ovulation.
Or, to be entirely accurate, you aren't any more likely to get pregnant than you are while taking the rest of the pills.
Hope that makes sense.

No - but you should be having your period sometime during that week. If you took all 21 of your regular pills you should be just fine. The pills would have prevented your ovaries from forming an egg or ovulating and your menstraution would wash away an egg if one did manage to form.

As long as you are taking your pills according to directions it would be very unlikely that you would fall pregnant. On your 'off' week there are still hormones from your birth control pills in your system to prevent pregnancy.

The only sure way to NOT get pregnant is to NOT have sex.... or have a hysterectomy. Even if you take you pills correctly they are 99% eeffective, that means there is a 1% Chance it could happen.

Hate to say it sister friend, but even if you take the pill as instructed there is still a slight chance of pregnancy...just ask my sister who knows this from personal experience (personal experience named 3 year old Joey).

if you mean you're on birth control pills, as long as you take them as directed, you cannot get pregnant at any time. they wouldn't be any good if they let you get pregnant while you were on them.
