i have a friend who is trying out for this play/movie for her work.
but she is required to have a resume and a headshot
can u help me find a place online for resumes that she can fill out and send in?
and sum place for a great headshot?

There isn't a certain form she needs to fill out. What she needs to do is make a resume just using Word. Here's what you see on a resume: Name, address, phone #, email, height, weight, hair color, eye color, voice (if she's a singer). Then list all theatrical experience, including stage, TV, and film. Then list all training, and last, list your special skills/interests. A headshot is an 8x10 picture that makes you look your best. Make sure its not blurred at all and it actually looks like you.

A resume is a list of your theatrical experience and training.. a headshot is an x10 professional photo that looks like the person it represents.
