There's always eBay, of course. They have tons of fabric. You can always narrow your search there by being more specific in the search box once you're in the fabric section.

JoAnn's Fabric and Crafts is also an excellent choice. I see you've already been given the web address for that. If you choose to use that site, sign up for their online ads. They usually come with a coupon good for 40% off any one regular-priced item in the store, with very few exclusions. A single cut of fabric, whatever its length, also counts as one item.
