Evaluate and compare delta y and dy.

y = 2x^2+1, x = 2, delta x = dx = 0.01

delta y = (2*2.01² + 1) - (2*2² + 1) = 9.0802 - 9 = 0.0802

y'(x) = 4x
dy = y'(x) dx

For this problem, dy = (4*2)(0.01) = 0.08
