What's the best music download site and why?

I want to know which music download website is the best and why? I've heard of several of them like kazaa, emule, bearshare, lime/frostwire, morpheues. I need to narrow down my options so someone please give me some helpfull info. Tell me why one is the best and also it'll be helpfull knowing which one to absolutely avoid!!

i've used limewire for a while but i hear it does give you viruses or slows down yoru computer.
