Menoposal, or menopausal? Either way, there is no such thing.

But you might be thinking of something called "hot flashes", when a woman in menopause can experience a sudden feeling of heat - this can cause flushing or reddness of the skin, sweat, etc.

There is no such thing as menopausal rash. Not sure where you heard that but I have never heard nor seen such a thing in my 33 years of nursing.
