Who gets the money here?
If the woman agrees and you'd pay her, why not? There is a whole tickle community out there, websites with videos and photos, who do just that.

Okay... Depends if they agreed to it. It seems kind of weird because you did not elaborate on this. Why would you video tape it? Kind of creepy... Why would you get money for it? Weird... In my opinion...
I would say it's okay if they agreed.
