I CAME FROM INDIA SINCE MY WIFE IS HERE. SHE HAS COME TO INDIA AND GET MARRIED AND BROUGHT ME HERE. SHE IS A CITIZEN OF USA. AS SOON AS I CAME HERE SHE HAS BEEN HARRASSING ME LIKE ANYTHING. SHE IS THINKING ME THAT I AM HIS SLAVE. I RESIGNED A GOOD GOVT. MANAGER JOB IN INDIA AND I CAME HERE TO JOIN MY WIFE. AS SOON AS I CAME HERE I DONT HAVE ANY MEDICAL FACILITITES. SHE IS WORKING. BEFORE MARRIAGE ONLY SHE HAS TAKEN A PRENUPTIONAL AGREEMENT FROM ME. SHE IS VERY MUCH AGGFRESSIVE TO WARDS MY EXISTENCE. HER DAUGHTER IS AN EVIDENCE FOR ALL THESE. I CAME HERE EIGHT MONTH BACK. I AM THINKING SOME TIMES TO GET SUICDE. MY WIFE HAS TWO BUILDINGS COSTS ABOUT 1.2 MILLIONS DOLLERS AND SHE GETS RENT ABOUT 8,000 DOLLERS PER MONTH AND SHE IS GETTING MORE THAN 2000 DOLLERS PER MONTH AS SALARY. I DONT WANT TO STAY WITH HER THAT SHE IS CREATING A LOT OF NUISENCE, TENSION, INSTIGATING TO GET SUICDE. I AM SO MUCH SENSITIVE. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME TO GIVE LEGAL OPINION ? I DONT HAVE ANY PROPERTY OR MONEY.

I think you should sit down and talk with her, tell her your feelings in a non-aggressive way. Let her understand what you desires are and if it something that she cannot handle then request to divorce and go back to your country and family.
Never think of suicide, there are other better options :)
Now, about her thinking that you are some slave, maybe her idea is that if she works, (and I don't know if you do) but if she works then you take care of the house?
I'm not sure what you mean, but if this is true, then what's the big deal in doing some chores?

You need to get an attorney - go to legal aid if you can't afford one. Because she had a pre-nuptial agreement and you signed it, there may not be a lot that you can get from her but an attorney may be able to give you a better idea about that. Good Luck!!

huh? how is she instigating you to 'get suicide'?
You don't get suicide...you committ suicide. I don't think any person is worth killing yourself over.
Go back to India, get your old job back and start over, and forget about 'getting suicide"
