You ATE IHOP for breakfast, and then you ate Applebees for dinner? The whole restaraunt? Wow! How do you do it and keep the weight off? I mean, I like IHOP and Applebees, and I would eat the whole restaraunt if I could, but I can't.

Ironically, I can't eat dairy so we have sushi when we go out.
