One of my kids either threw something at it or jabbed something into it and I was wondering if it could be repaired.

No, just get a new one, too expensive to repair. The panel costs almost as much as a new one, plus labor. ☼

Yes, but could cost you more than what the LCD is actually worth.

Once the seal is broken well thats pretty much the end of its life.

There are desent prices on 22"--24" LCD's going on latley
Would consider that aswell.

It would cost more to repair it then to buy a new one, but it can be repaired for a price

With the cost of parts and labor, you are better off buying a new one.

yes, as in replacing the panel, no as it may cost more than buying a new panel.
