If you are referring to bleeding the brake system, then it is done at all 4 wheels. There is a small bleeder valve on each.

With pressure on the brakes, open the bleed valve until all the air is gone and nothing but fluid comes out, tighten the bleed valve and do it again until ALL the air is gone.

It may take quite a few times to get it right, and it needs to be done like that to all 4 wheels.

In all honesty, if you are unsure of how to bleed the brakes, take ti to a reputable machanic and let them do it for you.
