I like this question if answered in the manner that the poster is asking because it exposes conservatives as hypocrites and proves that even conservatives try to duck the real question at hand. Show we know they falsely accuse democrats of just doing it.

Why not go back in time and make him a decent person who could help the US? A tax payer!

It's not hypocrisy. It's just a "seam" in the logic. This happens many times in all arguments. It's not a flaw; it's just a seam that is common in both liberal and conservative ideologies.

No. Capital punishment is only for people that have committed crimes. It is immoral to kill him until he is guilty.
