I wanna be respectful; but you make it difficult. I have to wonder why questions like this are aske; though as an educated person I realize some need to get attention is a base cause.
I wanna be respectful to others who answer too; as I happen to have fallen into this inane trap.
Does your bathroom sink function?
Actually forget that............. Anyone using a toilet for more than evacuation of body waste; most especially NEEDING to be on a laptop while sitting on a toilet; has far more more important issues than NOT checking for wiping material.
I enjoy FUN; but this is sad.

Quick can you construct some sort of rudimentary lathe?
Really without knowing what you have 'handy' your only option is to get it done then wash up really well.
I recommend not using the phone/computer/pda on and in the toilet maybe scout out some supplies over carrying that with you.

search on your pocket,somehow you might find a ticket or a receipt,paper bills,or tissue or your own undies it will help.
