You need to get a new laptop (you can't upgrade it).

The integrated graphics in Intel chipsets is too crap to handle modern games.

You need a High end graphics card.

You have Intigrated graphics, which can be good, but really can't run demmanding graphics.

Laptops really are not meant to be 4 extreme graphics, unless you buy the gamming laptops,,,,but who's got that kinda money...

Laptops can't be upgraded as far as graphics cards goes, SRY your just stuck with what ya got...

Save your money and build a new rig...

Unless you have a high-end laptop with a video module, which means you can upgrade your video accelerator, you are stuck with your onboard graphics. Unless you have a video module the only way to play that game is to buy a better laptop.

You need a video card that can do 3D. Typically you can't upgrade a laptop video card. You are using the onboard video which isn't able to do 3D rendering.

You need to buy a video card to add inn your computer. get the best your money can buy and also get Nvidia. ATI sucks and the drivers are not good at all. I have an ATI card and wished I stayed with Nvidia but listened to other people, what a mistake.
