Liberal convenience. I always wondered why the Democrat's weren't all that interested in my "welfare" back in the days I served in the Army. Guess what? There was no political advantage in it for them. Now, all we hear from the Democrat's is the need for socialized medicine and how much they care for the troops. They collectively make me ill.

Rush Limbaugh said the Liberals would use any means at their disposal to discredit the Bush Administration. Health Careis on their front burner. President Bush vetoed the child health care bill because the Democrats wanted to cover many who had the capacity to purchase insurance but didnt.Democrats want everything for everybody. They don't know what the word 'responsible means' With their mindset we of the Middleclass will end up paying. You want that bet?

Clinton tried to change it - Republicans wouldn't let him.
Previous administrations and congressional leaders do have to wear some responsibility for thier failure to address this situation. But it is Bush who is in power now and so Bush who has to answer for the current situation.
Bush has often quoted that our health system is the best in the world - and despite 6 years of friendly congresses has chosen to do nothing about the fact that Americans pay twice as much as the developed world average for a health system that simply fails to measure up.

it was an issue 10 years ago.....Actually it was under Regan that HMO's got their power.
Legislation by the republicans gave us HMO's which was supposed to be their answer to the rising cost of heathcare. What HMO"s did was spiral the cost of for "PROFIT"
insurance.
HMO's is quite a racket. It was presented to the people as a money saver by cutting paperwork LOL LOLOL. Now you have to get off your deathbed in the hospital and fill out "paperwork" or the insurance company won't cover your bill.

I haven't ever heard anybody blame him for that one. He was talking about fixing that during the candidacy of his first term presidency. That was another problem overshadowed by wars. Or did the lobbyists persuade the congress to ignore it all those years. Probably a little of both.

Because the Bush Haters are conditioned to blame him for quite literally.....everything..... no matter how asinine it may be.
What is incredibly hilarious to me is that these same sheep think that when he is gone, everything will change into some perfect Liberal fantasy land.

Bush is going down as one of the worst presidents in our nation's history. And I can see why.
God I should never have talked bad about Clinton.

Health care has been an issue for as long as I remember. This administration has not tried to do a single thing to improve the current health care system.

for the health care system, i guess its is not ENTIRELY his fault. problems of the government is not ONE MANS fault. but he had a great deal to do with it when he vetoed the law that would give free healthcare; and his reasoning behind it was so that americans would not depend on their government

everything except the military is being cut down financially because of the war. while we shouldn't blame bush for everything, he sure does deserve quite a bit of credit.
