Who Thinks the most recent SoCal storm was artificial?

I do know about weather modification, and there is no way in the world that anybody can modify the weather to create a Santa Ana. Who in the world would think such a thing (I'd really like to know)? You'd have to be a paranoid conspiracy theorist.

weather modified or not i am so grateful for it. But because the last three showers were not forecast properly, i did question it. and i have followed the satellites and i could not see them. So what is really going on?
