how to cut people faces in a picture with fastest ways using adobe photoshop cs3?

i have a picture with a scenary
i only want to take the people and want to remove the scenary in that pic

i want make the people to be a layer

Use the Polygonal lasso tool (hold left mouse button on the lasso tool icon in the toolbox until the little menu drops down and then select polygonal lasso)

To use it, click to place points and follow it around the part of the image you want to keep. Once you get back around to where you started, click the last point on top of the first point (the cursor will show a little circle) that will complete the selection.

After that copy (ctrl-c), create a new layer, make sure the new layer is selected, then paste (ctrl-v).

You can now delete or hide the old layer and do whatever you want with your new foreground subject.

You can either Delete, or change the backround or you can cut the people out and paste them on a different backround either works and it's up to you.
