can i use a 12v power cable on my speakers that say 13.5? Will it mess my computer speakers up?

other people have given wrong answers, lower voltage can't hurt your speakers, and neither can high amperage (in fact, you want this). The only way you can damage them is too much voltage, but low voltage or low amps might just mean they won't work with that plug. So try, no damage can be done.

if just a power cable, thats fine! but if tou use a 12v supply for your 13.5v speaker, then that will give you problem!

You should be fine, however if you did it the other way it might be a problem, but I doubt it.
