So I see democrats have no problem about killing during wartime, as pointed out by more then a few people here. So why are you guys always calling them cowards and weak on national defense?

I don't know. Maybe it's because it's the only way they can get what they want when they want. Patience doesn't seem to be something they have much in stock. Common sense seems short as well. I'm not trying to be inflammatory here. I'm frustrated like a lot of other people. The Bush administration, Cheney in particular are fear mongers. They act on emotion and illogic.

No... no one (except you and your ilk) ever said that it was... however sometimes it is necessary and one must be willing to use harsh methods.... Try talking sweetly to the terrorist with the rusty knife at your neck just before your head is chopped off... I'm sure that you could talk him out of it...

In a schoolyard, there's always some bully who cant relate to other children and compensates by using intimidation and violence to get his own way.
In a schoolyard, this is annoying. Among adults, it is tragic--and inexcuseable. But the fundamental psychology is identical.

And of course, instead of confronting the question, the neocons try to change he subject by raising the issue of abortion. So let's be clear: the belief that a fetus is a person is a religious conviction--others don't share it. And the fact that they choose to believe that is their business--but tht doesn't mean it is true. It's not even Christian. Nothing in the Bible supports it. And the notion is an invention of fundamentalists in the 1800s. Christian tradition holds that the soul does not enter the body until "quickening"--the end of the first trimester.

It is 'With whom', not 'with which'.
Let's kill them grammatically, at least. Then they might be grateful.
Was not this fine Republic founded upon selective killing?
