It depends on where you are.
In the Energy Policy Act of 2005 - Starting this year, the US changed the switch over date to the first Sunday in November. Many other places (Europe) still change today.
If you are looking for the technical answer, the way your question is worded, YES, it is still daylight saving time for another week, and ends November 4.
